Entry Level Client Scheduling Specialist, Weekly Pay - Coral Gables
Description
This full-time opportunity is designed for someone who is organized, coachable, and comfortable speaking with people. First-year income commonly ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 , with training, support, and a clear process provided from the start.
As a Client Scheduling Specialist, you’ll help connect interested individuals with the right next step. Most of the work involves conversations, follow-up, appointment setting, basic client support, and making sure people know what to expect before they speak with the team.
No prior experience is required. We are looking for someone who can communicate clearly, stay consistent, and follow a simple daily structure. Training is provided, and you’ll have support while you learn the role.
What you’ll do:
- Speak with people who have already shown interest
- Help schedule appointments and follow up with clients
- Answer basic questions and guide people to the next step
- Keep notes organized and communicate with the team
- Follow a simple, repeatable daily process
