As a State Farm team member for Tony Burris - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. Responsibilities Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. As an Agent Team Member, you will receive... Compensation Compensation: $50,000 to $80,000 per year. Base salary up to $45,000, with commission opportunities. First-year employees with experience have the potential to earn up to $80,000. Sales opportunities are generated from leads and existing customers provided by the agency.
