Overview Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider , (ARNP/PA-C). Location: Covington | Maple Valley. Valley Medical Center (VMC) is actively recruiting two full-time (1.0 FTE) Urgent Care Advanced Practice Providers to join our area clinics in our collaborative network where you will have easy access to system-wide support as you work alongside a highly motivated and skilled Urgent Care team. We provide patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse population of patients. We are proud participants in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program . About the position Clinic Hours – Open 7 days/week (8a – 8p M-F, 8a-4p Sa-Su). General Schedule - 7 days on 7 days off. Every other weekend. Limited call expectations. Average # of patients seen per day 25-30 average/peak Flu/Cold slightly higher (30-35). Support staff - average 3 PSRs per shift, 2 APPs, 5 MAs, 3 Providers. Practitioners - At least one physician is staffed with the APPs (ARNP/PAs) per shift. Qualifications Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority . Preferred Prior Urgent Care experience is preferred. Compensation is competitive and includes a generous benefit package. Amounts listed may include productivity, quality incentives, or extra shift incentives applicable to the position.
