Hidden Creek is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to own client relationships, ensure project success, and drive business growth. Daily Responsibilities

• Lead proactive updates, property walks, consultations, and issue resolution with clients
• Manage renewals, identify enhancements, support proposals, and keep account information current
• Coordinate across Sales, Design, Build, and Operations teams to ensure projects stay on track
• Communicate clearly, follow through, and maintain calm under pressure
• Help clients understand project expectations and ensure satisfaction

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in account management, landscaping, or related industry
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Financial understanding of budgets and profitability

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in commercial or residential landscape maintenance
• Proficiency in LMN, Aspire, Buildertrend, or CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field
