Incredible Years Lead Clinician

CGRC’s Incredible Years program is hiring for a Lead clinical role. The Incredible Years Lead is responsible for the direct implementation and day‑to‑day execution of the Incredible Years: Early Childhood Behavioral Health Initiative. This role focuses on delivering caregiver‑centered, prevention‑based programming designed to strengthen social‑emotional development and family resilience for children ages 0–8. The Lead will facilitate group‑based parent education sessions, conduct home‑based coaching visits, and provide ongoing caregiver support. This position plays a critical role in engaging families, ensuring program fidelity to the Incredible Years evidence‑based model, and supporting early identification of behavioral and emotional needs through caregiver education and skill‑building.
