Sample Room Coordinator | ~6 month temporary / leave replacement
New City, NY area | Fully onsite
Monday - Friday | 8am to 5pm
Our client is seeking a temporary Sample Room Coordinator to work fully on-site at their offices in the New City, NY area. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with this global organization!
The client is looking for a very organized & reliable temporary employee to support the Marketing team on-site with organizing samples in their sample room. Tasks include unpacking, alphabetically sorting, stocking, logging, etc. The goal is to leave the sample room well-organized and efficient.
They are ideally looking for someone with strong Excel experience. Must be reliable, trustworthy – will be handling topline, confidential samples of products that have not hit the shelf yet.
Qualifications:
• Excellent organizational skills and highly detail-oriented
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Strong communication follow-through skills
• Shipping experience preferred (via UPS and DHL using International Pro Forma invoices and Harmonization codes)
• Solid judgement and decision-making skills; solution-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Forward thinking, positive minded, and optimistic
• Proficient in writing and professional email etiquette
