RN – Labor & Delivery
Schedule: - Nights - 12HR: 7P-7A / 7A-7P - Night/Day Rotation - 36 and 48 hours available per week - 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend - Must work at least 1 holiday per contract
Assignment Details: - Contract Duration: 16 weeks or longer - Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week
Requirements: - Active NY RN License - AHA BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP, C-efm fetal monitoring certifications - 2 years of recent experience in labor and delivery - 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates - EMR: EPIC, OBIX
Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in labor and delivery - Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs throughout the labor process - Assist with delivery and stabilization of newborns - Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
Compliance / Notes: - Must be flexible according to the needs of the facility's schedule - Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility - May float to mother/baby and NBN as needed
