Qualifications/Desired Experience

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification or eligibility in NC
• Experience or genuine interest in working with middle school students in a self-contained environment

• Expertise in IEP development and implementation preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction to middle school students in a self-contained, non-severe classroom
• Implement IEPs with fidelity and track student progress
• Coordinate with administrators, general education teachers, and families
• Foster an encouraging, inclusive classroom environment
• Maintain accurate records and comply with state/federal guidelines
