If this describes you, we would love to speak with you about this opportunity. Responsibilities Assist the Property Manager with day‑to‑day operations of the Senior Housing Apartments and community. Assist with administrative and compliance items according to requirements and guidelines. Create and develop newsletters and social programs and activities for the residents in the Senior Housing Apartments. Qualifications High School Diploma; Associate’s Degree preferred. Experience in the field of Housing preferred. Good administrative skills. Office skills a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong computer and technical skills. Ability to travel as necessary for training. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Ability to be flexible and receptive to diverse populations.
