Job Overview Komatsu is looking for a Maintenance Technician in Lexington, KY at their Remanufacturing facility. This is a 2nd shift position. Key Job Responsibilities Work safely and follow all KEC/Customer safety policies and procedures. Complete related paperwork and access databases require to complete job (work order, parts order, JSA, DBS, SIMS, SIS web, STW) accurately and timely. Follow contamination control and HAZMAT rules and regulations. Remove and install parts, disassemble and assemble components, and test and adjust assemblies with minimal supervision. Ability to provide accurate quotes and pricing estimates to the customer. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, give recommendations for repairs. Test and verify correct operation of all repairs and adjustments. Apply general failure analysis and procedures to determine proper diagnosis. Qualifications/Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance Minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with troubleshooting, repairing, and inspecting cranes is preferred.
