Job Description: Job Title: Lead React JS Developer Location: Downers Grove, IL 60515 - Hybrid 3 Days Onsite/Week Duration: 12+ Months Contract Passport number is mandatory at the time of submission for H1B/EAD applicants. Job Description As a Technical Lead for React development, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team of developers, drive innovation, and contribute to the success of our projects. If you are passionate about React development, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and have a natural inclination for leadership, we would love to hear from you Requirements: Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience working as a React Developer, with a strong focus on front-end development. 2+ years of proven experience in a technical leadership role is preferred. Expertise in React, JavaScript, JSX, HTML5, CSS3, and related frameworks and libraries (e.g., Redux, Next.js, React Router). Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team of developers. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound technical decisions, considering factors such as performance, scalability, and maintainability. Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and building mobile-responsive applications. Solid understanding of web application development principles, design patterns (e.g., component-based architecture), and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern development tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
