We are hiring for a Bilingual Mandarin Chinese or Spanish speaking Insurance Customer Service / Admin Assistant to join our team! This is a great opportunity to work with a passionate team and owner for one of the best insurance agencies in California!

Qualifications for the Insurance Customer Service & Support Assistant:
- Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin
- Minimum typing speed: 50 WPM
- Computer-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Strong communication skills in-person and online
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and strong attention to detail
Responsibilities for the Insurance Customer Service & Support Assistant:
- Client Account Management: assist clients and potential clients on the phone and other platforms
- Quoting: You'll learn to be the architect and design the best insurance quotes for clients with excellent coverages and amazing prices
- Learn to collaborate with management and underwriting on Home, Auto, Business insurance
- Partnership Management: Maintain and develop agency relations with partners, vendors, underwriting and clients
