Job Description

We are hiring for a Bilingual Mandarin Chinese or Spanish speaking Insurance Customer Service / Admin Assistant to join our team! This is a great opportunity to work with a passionate team and owner for one of the best insurance agencies in California!

Qualifications for the Insurance Customer Service & Support Assistant:

Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin
Minimum typing speed: 50 WPM
Computer-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office programs
Strong communication skills in-person and online
Self-motivated, highly organized, and strong attention to detail

Responsibilities for the Insurance Customer Service & Support Assistant:

Client Account Management: assist clients and potential clients on the phone and other platforms
Quoting: You'll learn to be the architect and design the best insurance quotes for clients with excellent coverages and amazing prices
Learn to collaborate with management and underwriting on Home, Auto, Business insurance
Partnership Management: Maintain and develop agency relations with partners, vendors, underwriting and clients
