This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of mitigation projects.Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.Conduct site assessments and develop mitigation plans tailored to client needs.Monitor compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.Train and mentor team members on best practices and techniques in restoration.Manage project budgets and timelines to maximize efficiency and profitability.Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain client relationships.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in restoration technology.Manage on call scheduleProduce mitigation estimateOn call requiredRequirementsProven experience in restoration, mitigation, or a related field.Strong leadership and team management skills.Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Relevant certifications (e.g., IICRC) preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Restoration 1 of Beaumont has been serving the community for several years, providing exceptional restoration services with a focus on customer satisfaction.
