About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Tax to serve as the senior tax leader, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global tax strategy. The successful candidate will lead the global tax function, including direct, indirect, international tax, transfer pricing, tax accounting, compliance, and controversy. This role demands a strategic leader with the ability to balance high-level tax planning with hands-on operational management, ensuring the company's tax practices are in line with its growth priorities and global footprint. The VP, Global Tax will also be a key partner to the CFO and senior finance team, providing guidance on a range of financial matters and supporting the company's decision-making process on a global scale. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Global Tax include establishing and maintaining global tax policies and procedures, overseeing tax provision processes, and ensuring strong governance and risk management across the tax function. The role also involves supporting strategic initiatives such as acquisitions and restructurings, and building a high-performing tax organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading with integrity, humility, and as a change agent, and will be expected to stay abreast of and respond to changes in tax legislation and regulations.
