About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Information Technology to take on a pivotal leadership role at the intersection of technology delivery, people management, and business partnership. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning IT operations, project execution, vendor relationships, and team development. This role demands a seasoned leader with a proactive, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. The VP of IT will be expected to drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance, and to ensure that IT delivers measurable value across all service lines. Key responsibilities for the VP of IT include leading and developing a team of IT professionals, overseeing IT operations and service delivery, managing full lifecycle IT projects, and fostering strong business partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT leadership, with a focus on clear business outcomes, and experience in a client-focused environment. They should be adept at managing vendor relationships, and contracts, and technology procurement, and have a strong working knowledge of enterprise cloud platforms. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a preference for candidates who have experience in compliance frameworks, ITIL, and formal change management methodologies. The role also calls for a leader who can build and develop high-performing IT teams and has the executive presence and business acumen to operate at a leadership level in a complex environment.
