About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for its government and commercial contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, driving operational excellence, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This role requires a focus on maximizing operational performance, financial results, and service quality, while also fostering an inclusive workplace. Key responsibilities include contract oversight, financial and performance management, quality and continuous improvement, business development, and people leadership. Candidates for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a Master’s degree in business administration or a related field, with a preference for those with knowledge of government contracting practices and green cleaning principles. A minimum of 10 years' progressive executive or senior management experience is required, with a strong background in operational leadership, contract management, and organizational administration. The role demands a leader with strong financial acumen, experience in managing complex, multi-site operations, and proficiency in business software and performance reporting tools. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in supporting the employment of individuals with disabilities and be well-versed in federal regulatory and compliance standards.
