Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and courteous Receptionist to join our team at Magnolia Post Acute in Colonial Heights, VA. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors to the nursing facility with a courteous and helpful attitude
Forward phone calls to appropriate departments
Direct visitors to the correct department or office in the facility
Greet new admissions and provide a warm welcome
Perform other duties as assigned
About the Role
As a Receptionist at Magnolia Post Acute, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and supportive environment for our residents, families, and staff. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling phone calls, and providing a high level of customer service. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this part-time opportunity, working every other weekend.
