Sales Associate - Westfield Valley Fair (on-site)

Join the bold side of retail! Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate guarantees a consistently high customer experience within the store utilizing Psycho Bunny's core values and service standards.

Your daily adventures include:

• Assisting with the store's visual directives and maintaining standards of housekeeping.
• Developing a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions, such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
• Protecting store assets and inventory through awareness of loss prevention procedures and reporting any violations to a supervisor.
• Employing an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term relationships with customers with a focus on building sales.
• Building a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customer phone and email.
• Assisting with all other duties as required by store management.

Your toolkit includes:

• A minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
• A naturally competitive and outgoing and fun personality.
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• The capacity to work collaboratively with all other Psycho Bunny team members to achieve your goal.

Compensation will be determined based on your work location, knowledge, skills, and competencies.
