Our Fine Dining Steakhouse is looking for a talented and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in Suwanee, GA. This is a rare opportunity to bring your creative vision and culinary expertise to a distinguished dining experience where excellence is the standard. - Design, develop, and execute innovative fine dining menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends
- Lead, mentor, and manage all kitchen staff including sous chefs, line cooks, and prep team
- Oversee food quality, plating standards, and consistency across all dishes
- Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to maintain budgetary goals
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to deliver a seamless, elevated guest experience
- Conduct regular staff training, performance reviews, and kitchen team development
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Chef de Cuisine in a fine dining environment
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional culinary training preferred
- Proven ability to develop creative, upscale menus with a refined palate
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a full kitchen brigade
- Solid understanding of food cost management, budgeting, and inventory control
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credential required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, detail-oriented kitchen environment
