Night Auditor Night Auditor TPI Hospitality Location: Staybridge Suites Maple Grove Position: Night Auditor Shift: 11pm - 7am Friday and Saturday We all matter. We all make a difference. We are TPI. As a night owl, you will have the opportunity to provide each guest a memorable experience while also preparing the hotel for the next day. As an Overnight Front Desk Agent, you will work independently to care for each guest's needs, process arrivals and departures, monitor and uphold safety measures, and perform responsibilities assigned by the Front Desk Supervisor. Your organization, communication skills, and attention to detail directly contribute to guest satisfaction and company culture. Key Responsibilities: Check guests in and out efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and courteously. Maintain accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments. Monitor the property for safety and security, reporting any concerns to management. Prepare the hotel for the next day, including completing daily audit tasks and reports. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. What You Will Bring: High School Diploma or GED. Previous experience in front desk or guest service roles preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills.
