Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker who will be responsible for picking orders from pick sheets, loading and unloading trucks by hand and with a partner. This role involves handling garage sections that weigh between 40-125 pounds, often with a partner. Additional responsibilities include general warehouse duties such as sweeping and taking out garbage. This position requires a significant amount of lifting over the shoulders and head, as well as the use of a ladder.

• Pick orders from pick sheets.
• Load and unload trucks by hand and with a partner.
• Handle garage sections weighing 40-125 pounds.
• Sweep and take out garbage.
• Perform general warehouse duties.
• Lift items over shoulders and head.
• Use a ladder as needed.

• Experience in warehouse settings.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs independently and 70 lbs with a partner.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English.

• At least 3 months of relevant warehouse experience, such as order picking and loading/unloading trucks.

Work in a mid-size, climate-controlled, and well-lit warehouse environment. While it can get warm in the summer, the temperature is generally comfortable. You will join a team of four full-time warehouse employees, becoming the fifth member in this collaborative team. The work hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Dress code includes work pants or jeans, a t-shirt, and closed-toed/heel shoes or boots.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
