We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team. About the Role: As a CNA at Mystic Meadows Rehab & Nursing Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized care that meets the unique needs and preferences of each resident. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Providing assistance with mobility and transfers Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing team Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents Assisting with meals and snacks, including feeding and hydration Supporting residents with their activities of daily living (ADLs) Responsibilities: Provide compassionate and respectful care to our residents Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes Maintain a positive and respectful attitude in a fast-paced environment Requirements: Current NJ CNA license High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience as a CNA in a long-term care setting preferred Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends Strong communication and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Mystic Meadows Rehab & Nursing Center
