• **Position Overview**: 
•  
• The Field Supervisor is a pivotal member of our team, reporting directly to the President/CEO. This role oversees the quality assurance of client visits, provides supervision and evaluation for caregivers, conducts client assessments, and contributes to our marketing efforts. The Field Supervisor ensures optimal delivery of our care services and helps nurture a productive, compassionate care team.

• **Key Responsibilities**:  
•  
• 1. Conduct a minimum of 20 quality assurance visits per week, reviewing care notes and assessing client satisfaction.
• 2. Evaluate clients to identify their service needs, ensuring safety and addressing concerns.
• 3. Assist with caregiver performance evaluations and manage performance concerns, coordinating with relevant departments.
• 4. Document compliments, concerns, and complaints related to caregiver performance.
• 5. Present our services to potential clients and referral sources, helping to build strong relationships.
• 6. Contribute to marketing efforts as directed.
• 7. Provide direct care to clients as necessary.
• 8. Conduct client intakes, assessments, and care plans as required.
• 9. Oversee the initiation of new cases, complete service agreements, and related forms with clients and families.
• 10. Perform other duties as assigned.

• **Skills/Qualifications**:  
•  
• - Minimum of two years of experience in homecare and/or facility work, including direct care provision.
• - Experience with ADLs and personal care, including bathing and incontinence care.
• - Knowledge of transfer techniques, including the use of a Hoyer lift.
• - Experience as a lead caregiver or supervising caregivers is highly desirable.
• - Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism in communication with various stakeholders, including caregivers, staff, clients, and community professionals.
• - Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with an ability to quickly learn new software programs and databases.
• - Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation for work purposes.
• - Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed to meet agency needs, including occasional nights and weekends.
• - Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• - Ability to maintain confidentiality of client and staff information.
