Your Role Will Include

• Performing detailed patient assessments, ordering diagnostic evaluations, and developing personalized care strategies
• Identifying and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions in partnership with physicians or autonomously (depending on credentials)
• Instructing patients and families about preventive measures, wellness initiatives, and effective disease management
• Prescribing medications and therapies in accordance with your practice privileges
• Engaging in patient follow-up and chronic disease management activities
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, integrated healthcare
• Accurately documenting patient information within electronic medical records (EMR)

Educational Credentials

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner training program

Necessary Certifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in California
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or relevant specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) credentials (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
