We are seeking a Temporary Position Underwriting Assistant, Surety to join the Roanoke Insurance Group division as a hybrid employee in our Schaumburg, IL office reporting to the VP, Surety Operations. Job Description Processing of LC and GIA Documents; Contact with Financial Institutions where necessary Input, Scanning, Filing and Processing of all documents received Quarterly rating updates for LC's using IDC and S&P information Daily and Monthly Reconciliation of Collateral Records utilizing Excel and proprietary software Processing bond terminations and related system documentation Retrieving, formatting, and distributing monthly Renewal Reports Custom Bond Renewal Underwriting Financial analysis and spreadsheet support Requirements 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance or business related - or - Associates Degree in accounting, finance or general business No initial Underwriting Authority given; subject to change based on training and performance with max level authority no more than $500M.
