Primary Care Physician Assistant Opportunity

Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a 0.6 FTE Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team in the Olympia Region. This role will serve as a key clinical resource, supporting patient access across our Olympia Medical Center locations, including Olympia & West Olympia Medical Center. The position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across multiple sites, ensuring timely, high-quality care for our primary care patient population. Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital healthor the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.

This position is 100% outpatient with no call required. You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7. An inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages. AI Scribing & Summarization support will cut down charting time by half. In our integrated health care model our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $141,127 to $166,032 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)

New Hire Incentives

• Signing Bonus: New Hires are eligible to receive up to $23,000

Qualifications

• Required: Physician Assistant Degree
• Required: NCCPA Certified (PA-C)
• Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA
• Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
