• Experience: Minimum 2 years in cardiology, inpatient rounding, ECHO and EKG interpretation, supervision of APPs

What You'll Do:

• Provide inpatient general cardiology services, including ECHO and EKG readings, and management of adult cardiology patients
• Support the inpatient service team during a 7-day on/7-day off schedule
• Participate in inpatient rounds with APP team members and support staff
• Manage patient cases involving chest pain, heart failure, hypertension, arrhythmias, valve disease, and more
• Interpret stress tests, echocardiograms, Holters, and event monitors
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including intensivists, RNs, and cardiac technicians
• Supervise APPs and contribute to patient care plans

What You Need:

• Required:
  • MD or DO licensed in Wisconsin
  • Board Certified in Cardiology; fellowship in General Cardiology required
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in inpatient cardiology with ECHO/EKG interpretation
  • Ability to supervise APPs
• Preferred:
  • Experience in cardiac imaging
  • Additional certifications in advanced cardiology procedures
