Litigation Attorney

Litigation AssociateA leading law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Pittsburgh, PA office. The role calls for handling civil litigation matters from inception through jury verdict, with substantive experience in areas such as auto liability, premises liability, construction, product liability, and/or insurance coverage. Prior insurance defense experience is a strong plus. Qualified candidates must hold a JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania; admission in Ohio and/or West Virginia is a plus. The firm is looking for attorneys with approximately 1 to 3 years of relevant litigation experience who are comfortable managing a caseload independently from early stages through trial. The role offers a competitive salary in the $90,000–$110,000 range, along with a full benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan. The position carries a billable hour requirement of 1,600 hours, with the opportunity for a higher-end bonus at approximately 1,800 hours.
