Overview
Registered Nurse – ICU in Willits, California. Start date 10/12/2026 for 16 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,128–$2,326 per week with guaranteed hours of 48 per week. Shift: 3x12 Nights. Travel - Temporary Assignment in a Critical Access Hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients according to standards of care and nursing process.
- Monitor patient condition, perform assessments, interpret data, and respond to changes in status.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans; coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at multiple levels; delegate tasks appropriately.
- Document care and patient progress in the electronic health record; ensure safety, accuracy, and policy compliance.
- Participate in discharge planning and patient/family education to support continuity of care.

Requirements
- California RN license in good standing
- BSN preferred; ADN or diploma with ICU experience considered
- Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP required; TNCC preferred
- Minimum two years of recent nursing experience; ICU experience preferred (1 year minimum)
- EPIC experience required
- Ability to work night shifts and participate in a travel assignment in a hospital setting
