Overview Registered Nurse – Med Surg in a hospital setting located in Willits, California. Travel - temporary assignment starting 09/28/2026 for 13 weeks. 36 hours per week on a nights 12-hour shift schedule (3x12 nights). This assignment is for a Med/Surg patient population under established standards of care and the nursing process. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,811 to $1,917 per week Assignment duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (3 per week) Location: Willits, CA Work setting: Hospital, inpatient care Start date: 09/28/2026 Responsibilities Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Monitor patient status, identify changes, administer medications, and document care accurately. Coordinate care with other disciplines and communicate with patients and families to support optimal outcomes. Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff, delegating tasks appropriately while maintaining supervision and accountability. Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to ensure patient safety and quality care. Maintain appropriate documentation and comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements Active RN license to practice in California (or eligibility to obtain) as applicable to the assignment. Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts in a hospital setting. Willingness to travel for a 13‑week assignment. Strong communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills suitable for a Med/Surg environment.
