Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $1,806–$1,866 per week - Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week - Contract duration: 13 weeks - Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour blocks (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) - Start date: 09/14/2026 - Facility/work setting: Med Surg unit within a Critical Access Hospital Responsibilities - Deliver direct nursing care for assigned Med Surg patients according to established standards and the nursing process. - Collect relevant data, assess health status, and identify care needs; develop and implement a care plan with appropriate interventions. - Administer medications, manage IV therapies, monitor patient responses, and provide wound care as ordered. - Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team; promote safe environments, infection control, and patient safety. - Evaluate patient progress toward outcomes; participate in discharge planning and transitions of care; educate patients and families. - Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff while ensuring accurate documentation in the electronic health record (Epic) and maintaining high standards of professional practice.
