Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care – Wisconsin

Start Date: November 9, 2026

Location: Wisconsin

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), every other weekend rotation with holiday coverage included

Highlights:

• 66-bed skilled nursing and long-term care facility with daily census of 60 residents
• Night shift nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:20, with one RN per hall and dedicated med tech and CNA support
• Night shift RN assumes charge duties and may serve as the only RN in the facility
• Bedside Shift Reporting (BSSR), AIDET communication framework, and hourly rounding protocols required
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, pharmacy, radiology, social services, and interpretation services
• Free onsite parking available

Requirements:

• Active Wisconsin RN license or compact multistate license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
• Minimum of 1 year long-term care (LTAC) experience required
• Previous charge nurse experience strongly preferred
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Must pass telemetry competency examination with strict passing criteria prior to start
• Candidates must reside 50+ miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted)
