- # Analyst, Learning and Organizational Development and Change ManagementApply: Remote, TX: Remote, SC: Lancaster, SC: Remote, AZ: Full time: Posted Today: R0016193At this entry-level position, individuals are typically involved in supporting the development and delivery of organizational change management plans for smaller projects with lower change impacts. They assist in addressing the people side of change, including processes, systems, and technology adjustments, while also aiding in the creation and dissemination of educational content. They may also participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance their understanding of learning principles and change management methodologies.Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issuesWorks on problems of limited scopeReceives detailed instructionsAssist with delivering classroom and virtual training to technical audiences of various experience levels under supervisionProvide support for course development efforts, including research and content reviewHelp maintain teaching material and lab exercisesAssist with updates for curricula and collateralSupport delivery of basic training sessions and workshopsParticipate in structured change management approaches and assist in change plan developmentBachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of one year proven experienceIndividual Contributer**Salary Range**$28.76 - $45.40 USD (Hourly)* *Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.** *Further, the salary information noted above is a range that consists of a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this specific position.
