Accounting Manager

Plant Accounting Manager Fort Worth, TX - hybrid, 3 days onsite/week Compensation: $135-140K + 10-15% Bonus One of Vaco's publicly-traded manufacturing and industrial clients is looking to onboard a Manager of Accounting focused on operations. Day-to-Day Lead financial activities, including monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting from a plant operational perspective Ensure accurate and timely preparation of plant financial statements in accordance with company policies and GAAP. Analyze production performance, COGS, labor, material usage, and overhead costs to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities. Own standard cost development, annual cost roll, BOM validation, and cost model accuracy. Manage inventory accounting, cycle counts, physical inventories, and related reconciliations. Serve as the primary financial business partner to the Plant Manager and operations leadership. Provide financial guidance on capital projects, ROI analysis, productivity initiatives, and labor planning.
