Position Title: Leasing Agent (Bilingual Required)
Location: Athens, GA
Compensation: $18–$20 per hour + Commissions
Employment Type: Full-Time (Weekend availability may be required)

We are a well-maintained and professionally managed residential community in Athens, GA. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent service and creating a welcoming environment for our residents and prospects. We are seeking a bilingual Leasing Agent to join our team and support our diverse resident community.
Position Overview:
The Leasing Agent plays a key role in daily leasing operations, resident relations, and occupancy success. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English + Spanish preferred), customer-service oriented, and able to communicate effectively with a wide range of residents and prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and present community features
- Respond promptly to calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Assist applicants with rental applications, documentation, and lease execution
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and data in property management systems
- Support marketing efforts, including social media and community outreach
- Provide high-quality customer service and assist with resident concerns
- Perform administrative duties in support of the property management team
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English + Spanish) required
- Leasing, property management, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Comfortable with computers and property management software
- Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic
Compensation & Benefits:
- $18–$20 per hour, based on experience
