First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Commercial Deposit Service Representative to join our Commercial Deposit Department team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing high-touch and customized service, sales, and operational support to a portfolio of deposit focused business relationships headquartered in Hawaii and on the US Mainland. Commercial Deposit Service Representatives (“CDSR”) work in coordination with Commercial Deposit Relationship Managers (RMs) and Commercial Deposit Servicing Manager. CDSRs support and service complex client needs, including highly involved depository/ treasury solutions. Works in a high volume and deadline driven environment. This position requires work to be performed in person in office.

Compensation:

The hourly pay range for this role is $21.00 - $26.00/hr; commensurate with experience.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary)

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• years of customer service experience with at least 1 year of experience building client relationships (within the financial industry preferred and/or with high-value clients); or
• Associate's Degree in a business-related field and 1 year of experience with high-value clients required.
• Experience as a Customer Service Representative or Business Banking Service Representative in a branch/banking center or equivalent preferred.
• Strong oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must have creative problem solving and analytical skills while applying sound reasoning and judgement.
• Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
• Able to handle confidential matters judiciously.
• Must be accurate, thorough, and capable of timely and efficient follow-up.
• Must be team oriented.
