Project Manager – Madison, WI Competitive Salary $90,000 – $120,000 + Bonus Eligible + Excellent Benefits Package We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead Building Automation Systems (BAS) projects for a well-established and fast-growingmanufacturer’s rep and controls solutions provider. With a respected reputation and a portfolio that includesmajor clients such as Epic Systems, this role is ideal for a detail-driven project leader who excels atoverseeing energy-efficient and sustainable automation solutions across Wisconsin. Position Details: Title: Project Manager Location: Madison, WI Status: Full-Time | Bonus Eligible | Overtime Eligible Travel: Local territory with minimal overnight travel Ideal Candidate: Background managing BAS, HVAC controls, or mechanical system projects Skilled in financial forecasting, scheduling, budgeting, and technical project execution Capable of running multiple projects simultaneously while delivering on schedule and within budget Experienced in coordinating subcontractors, conducting site visits, and overseeing field teams Hands-on experience reviewing scopes, purchase orders, and contract requirements Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to guide labor resources Proficient with RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation Key Responsibilities: Lead the execution and delivery of building automation projects Participate in pre-bid reviews alongside the sales and estimating teams Manage field labor, subcontractors, schedules, and material logistics Track milestones, reporting, and documentation to ensure project alignment Maintain budgets and prepare accurate financial projections Serve as the main communication channel between clients, contractors, and internal teams Perform regular job site visits to verify progress and resolve field challenges Assist with contract review and ensure deliverables meet project scope and requirements Compensation & Benefits: Salary: Competitive, Based On Experience Bonus: Year-End Performance Bonus Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision Options Retirement: 401(k) with Company Match PTO: 120 Hours PTO/Sick + 9 Paid Holidays Tools: Company Laptop and Tools This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking BAS organization focused on technical innovation,sustainability, and professional development.
