Web Designer

Leverage Marketing is seeking a Web Designer to design and build WordPress websites, primarily using Elementor, for a growing client portfolio within a hybrid agency environment. Responsibilities Design and develop WordPress websites, mainly with Elementor Translate client goals and brand direction into clean, intuitive, responsive experiences Oversee the full site build lifecycle from initial setup to launch Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices Maintain visual consistency and quality across all client sites Perform content updates, layout tweaks, and enhancements across client sites Troubleshoot common issues including plugins, forms, and display inconsistencies Contribute to performance improvements and ongoing site upkeep Collaborate with team members on more complex technical challenges when needed Manage site launches and hosting setup, with training provided Support basic tasks related to domains, DNS, SSL, and integrations Address hosting or caching issues and elevate when required Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams on client projects Communicate timelines, blockers, and project status clearly Prioritize and manage incoming web requests across multiple clients Requirements 2+ years of experience designing and building WordPress websites Hands-on experience with Elementor Strong visual design instincts, including layout, typography, and attention to detail Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS for troubleshooting Resourceful and proactive, comfortable researching and solving problems Clear communicator who follows through and takes ownership Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Portfolio of work Experience with hosting environments WooCommerce experience Familiarity with DNS and domain configuration Experience with Adobe Creative Suite Basic understanding of SEO best practices Familiarity with Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager Experience with Asana or similar project management tools Agency experience Technologies WordPress Elementor HTML CSS Google Analytics 4 Google Tag Manager Asana Adobe Creative Suite WooCommerce Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Professional development assistance Retirement plan What we’ll train you on Our hosting environment and site launch process Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager implementation Internal workflows, project management systems, and client communication processes Agency-specific tools and processes Position Details Schedule: Hybrid in office Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, remote Monday & Friday Hours: Full-time Pay: USD 55,000 per year, starting, with opportunity for growth based on experience Experience Website design: 1 year (Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
