Transit Customer Care Specialist
Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA)
The Metropolitan Transportation Authority is seeking a Level 1 Customer Service Specialist to manage, resolve, and elevate customer inquiries via phone and email, recording interactions in Siebel CRM and coordinating with Level 2/3 as needed. This role requires a High School Diploma, at least three years in HR, procurement, finance, or customer service, strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to work evenings or weekends and possibly travel to other MTA locations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA)
