A Good Overall Knowledge Of All Trades Light plumbing Carpentry Siding/fascia/soffit repairs Windows and doors installation Flooring Doors/windows Light electrical Drywall repair Fence and deck repair Proper Equipment Not necessarily having every tool, but a basic set of tools for performing handyman repairs. Troubleshooting Skills Must be a quick thinker and have the ability to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner. Excellent Communication Skills Must be able to communicate with homeowners, management, office personnel, fellow employees, suppliers, property managers and commercial customers. Presentable Clean‑cut appearance; decent looking vehicle; organized tools. Other Takes time to earn the customer’s confidence.
