Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead day-to-day laboratory operations and team activities
• Prepare and oversee routing of specimens to appropriate processing areas
• Perform quality assurance checks and resolve production errors
• Enforce policies, procedures, and identify process improvements
• Complete administrative tasks and coordinate with management on escalations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years laboratory, healthcare, manufacturing, or warehouse experience
• Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Pass standardized color blindness test
• Physical capability to meet job demands and flexibility for overtime
