Position Summary:
We are looking for a Corporate Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support and guidance to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day legal advice on contracts, compliance, and business operations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate agreements.
- Manage corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Support transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.
- Handle employment matters, disputes, and litigation oversight.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active Bar membership.
- 4+ years of corporate legal experience (in-house or law firm).
- Strong business acumen and excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
