As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Dimitri Kondos - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Train and mentor junior staff.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Insurance licenses will be required on first day of employment.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

- Our office is open Mon - Fri 9am-5pm; Saturdays 10am - 2pm.
- We currently have 6 team members at our agency.
