Lead HVAC Service Technician

Full-time role with strong benefits, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment. This role is based off experience and pay is starting at $38 an hour and up. We're looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of HVACR systems for commercial and residential clients. This role ensures safety, quality, and compliance while leading by example and mentoring technicians.

Details:

1. Lead and mentor HVAC technicians; assign and monitor work.
2. Perform complex HVAC installations, diagnostics, and repairs.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; field team inquiries.
4. Ensure compliance with codes, SOPs, and manufacturer guidelines.
5. Conduct preventative maintenance and quality control checks.
6. Maintain accurate service tickets and documentation.
7. Represent the company professionally with clients and vendors.
8. Participate in final start-up and commissioning of systems.
9. Provide on-call support as needed.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee HVAC service projects from start-up to completion.
2. Implement company SOPs and ensure code-compliant work.
3. Support team troubleshooting and technical inquiries.
4. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and uphold quality standards.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC training preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience.
3. EPA Certification (Section 608) required; Journeyman/Master license preferred.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to read technical diagrams and implement low-voltage wiring.
6. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
