About the Role & Responsibilities Build key features used by cities, counties, and states, impacting millions of people. Incorporate user feedback across America. Partner with customers and product team to shape product features and vision. Contribute to a platform that leverages AI to transform constituent‑government interactions. Work with a stack of React/TypeScript and Django/Python; experience in either is not required. Our team is based in Chelsea, NYC and is an in‑person team. What We're Looking For Experience in full‑stack web development. Strong back‑end development skills. Experience building enterprise or consumer software. Ability to collaborate effectively with non‑technical teams. Comfort delivering software in a fast‑paced startup environment. Interest in applying technology to improve state and local government.
