RN or LPN - Per Diem Personal Care Services MidSouth is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a per diem RN or LPN, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in the comfort of their own homes, providing high-quality care and support to ensure their health and wellness. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including medication management, wound care, and vital sign monitoring Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify patient needs and develop strategies to meet those needs Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and outcomes Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes Requirements Current RN or LPN license in Alabama Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse Ability to work per diem schedule with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Why Join Our Team At Personal Care Services MidSouth, we value our employees and offer a supportive and collaborative work environment.
