Sales Executive

City Wide Facility Solutions - Austin

Sales Executive – City Wide Facility Solutions Base pay range: $75,000–$80,000 per year. Additional compensation: commission (uncapped). Location: North Austin, TX. City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a tenacious closer to join our Sales Team in North Austin! If you aggressively prospect for business, sell with confidence and integrity, value relationships with your clients, and have a deep understanding of your clients’ building maintenance needs, our team and bonus structure is waiting for you! As a Sales Executive in our Complete Building Solutions (CBS) Division, you hunt for new clients that are in need of the 20+ services that we offer. Once you’ve closed the sale, you will manage the project using our network of independent contractors. You will establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with these clients ensuring City Wide Facility Solutions is the First Choice for their next project. What you will do Prospect, identify and qualify potential clients. Manage the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding prospective client needs, creating proposals and making presentations. Win new clients by overcoming objections and preparing appealing proposals. Continually build your prospect pipeline each day, achieving metrics and winning business. Utilize and manage our CRM to capture and enter all customer information. Manage the project sold to ensure completion of scope of work through independent contractors. Enjoy and thrive in a positive work atmosphere. Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (sales experience in construction industry or construction trades preferred). Demonstrated track record of success in outside B2B sales. Project or construction management experience preferred. Organized within a defined sales process with an ability to move clients from prospect to close. Experience within a short sales cycle with strong closing skills. Proficient in CRM systems. Outgoing, dynamic personality. An excellent communicator with the ability to facilitate a presentation or a one-to-one meeting. Strong MS Office, including Outlook. Benefits 401(k) – 4% company match. Vehicle reimbursement.
