Now Hiring: Production Associate

Pay Rate: $24.75/hr

Shift: 3rd Shift (Rotating Schedule)

What You'll Do

Mix and batch raw materials according to production requirements and recipes

Operate blending and mixing equipment safely and efficiently

Fill, restock, and monitor raw materials throughout the production process

Follow work instructions and production procedures with accuracy

Perform sanitation and cleaning tasks to maintain food-grade standards

Move materials throughout the facility using a forklift (if certified)

Ensure product quality, safety, and production standards are met

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

Experience in manufacturing, production, blending, mixing, or food processing environments

Ability to follow recipes, batch sheets, and production instructions accurately

Forklift experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to lift 55 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift

Preferred Qualifications

1-2 years of manufacturing experience

Previous blending, batching, or mixing experience

Forklift certification (preferred but not required)

Experience in food, beverage, dairy, or ingredient manufacturing environments

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elma, NY.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.75 - $24.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
