Looking for a CNC Lathe Operator to work at a great company!

$19-21/hr, based on skill level

Schedule:

Training hours: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (base rate + shift premium of $0.50)

Regular Shift, transition to 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) following training (base rate + shift premium of $1.00)

Responsibilities:

Will operate CNC Lathe per leader's instructions

Will monitor the machining process for proper operation

Wil performs machine start up & end of shift procedures

Will change inserts when required

Will use metric measurements

Loads and unloads parts on stockers and assemble components as necessary

Will verify conformance of machined and assembled parts to specification

Will inspects first-run piece and spot-checks succeeding pieces for conformance to specifications using inspection gauges

Requirements:

More than 2 years of experience operating cnc lathe

Ability to read calipers accurately

Ability to work with metric measurements

Job tenure of more than 2 years at past jobs

GED or High School diploma
