As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our team and contribute to our success. Position Overview: We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to load, unload, and hand pick building pallets of wine, food, and packaging within our warehouse efficiently and safely. The Warehouse Forklift Operator will play a critical role in maintaining the flow of products through the warehouse, ensuring accuracy in inventory management, and supporting overall warehouse operations. Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to transport materials and products within the warehouse. Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas, following proper handling procedures. Move pallets and other materials to designated storage locations using the forklift. Build customer orders / pallets from customer created pick tickets. Perform regular inspections of the forklift and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed. _Sanitize incoming trailers during harvest -Bin Washing Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely fulfillment of orders. Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid forklift operator certification/license. Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or similar environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
